A compelling MLS® listing will be crafted to highlight your home’s strongest features, supported by a custom marketing plan that includes professional photography and video, targeted social media exposure, and strategic print advertising to reach the right buyers.
 
I’ll coordinate all showing requests with buyers and their agents and host open houses designed to present your home at its absolute best.

Offer, Negotiation & Closing

Once offers come in, we will look at price, conditions, timelines, and buyer qualifications to ensure you choose the offer that aligns best with your goals and negotiate the strongest possible outcome.
 
After an offer is accepted, I will guide you through the remaining steps, including coordinating documents and conditions and connecting with lawyers, and other professionals, to ensure a smooth closing and a successful sale from start to finish.
