📈 MLS® Sales Continue to Rise
January 2025 marked the seventh consecutive month of year-over-year sales increases in the Winnipeg real estate market. All MLS® sales totaled 722, up 10% from January 2024 and 1% above the 5-year average.
While active MLS® listings dropped 14% year-over-year to 2,597, total dollar volume climbed to $258 million, reflecting a 9% increase from last year.

- Average Price: $413,247 (+4%)
- Active Listings: 1,077 (-18%)

- Sales: 111 (+12%)
- Average Price: $249,793 (-10%)
- Active Listings: 303 (-19%)

✅ Residential Attached Homes
- Sales: 60 (+22%)
- Average Price: $356,058 (-9%)
- Active Listings: 194 (-11%)

- Condominiums: $150,000–$174,999 (17% of sales)
🚀 Luxury Market
- 8 homes sold over $1 million, with the highest-priced sale exceeding $1.7 million.
